After 23 years in the River Market, Tom Corbin has moved to a turn-of-the-century Kansas City, Kansas, firehouse. Built in 1912, this historic building has an alluring past. From fire station, to city hall (complete with jail cell), to private residence, the building has been transformed into pristine gallery space, modern offices and artist’s studio. A gated sculpture garden displays more of Tom’s work outside. And, yes, be reassured that the intact brass fire pole still works.
